Peace One Day Anti-Racism Live Global Digital Experience

In 1981, September 21st was declared as the International Day of Peace, by the United Nations General Assembly; which is observed as a day of strength and unity amongst people all around the globe. On this day the United Nations encourages non-violence, educating the public of peace related issues,  and peace ideals within the 24 hours period.

Each year special events are organised and centered around this day. Different topics are used as the main subject; and are presented in ways such as panel discussions, live concerts, and broadcasts . This event brought about unity and expounded on the essence of peace in the world. Let’s continue being  peacemakers and supporting this annual event, as the Jamaican Reggae Legend Bob Marley sang in his song “One Love, One Heart, Let’s Get Together and Feel all Right”.
